We've got a sale pending, folks! Woo hoo! It is a prior foreclosure that a residential construction company bought to fix up a few months ago. It's the perfect starter home for us 2100 sq ft, 3 bd, 2 ba, living room, family room, bonus room... it's awesome. It's downtown Vancouver in a quiet neighborhood, close to where we live now. Jesse and I will feel like a mansion after living in a shoebox for the past 16 months!
